Our 1:1 coaching sessions are 60-minute private sessions designed to help you reset mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. During our time together, we identify what’s keeping you stuck, create a clear plan for growth, and work through real-life challenges with practical steps you can actually apply. You’ll receive personalized guidance, honest accountability, and a safe space to be open and transparent.

After each session, you’ll receive summary notes by email so you can reflect and stay on track. You’ll also receive one free 15-minute follow-up session within 30 days, along with the option to text me during normal business hours for any questions or support in between.
